MARTY TEMPLETON
General Manager
Marty Templeton brings more than 20 years’ experience in industrial water chemistry to Visentia, which includes expertise around steam cycle, boilers, and cooling water treatment. He has 2+ years’ experience in strategic marketing and has worked for 5 years in the UK & Ireland, with a specific focus on Legionella Risk Management in a heavily regulated market.
Marty has a positive and enthusiastic outlook in life, and excels in vision, leadership and people management. He is an out of the box thinker, who enjoys the opportunity to help customer operations, whether it has to do with quality, productivity, efficiency, safety, environmental, or the challenge of finding a way to optimise chemistry programmes or do more for less.
His spare time is mostly spent with family, as he has two young children who keep him busy during the weekends with sports and other activities. The Templetons spend most of their holidays at the beach on the Coromandel Peninsula and as the kids grow up, Marty would like to put some focus into fishing and the outdoors again.
